Rico

Rico came to us extremely emaciated and only had rain water (if it rained) to drink. Once he realized that food and water was available at the rescue as well as people who cared about him Rico decided to finally rest and lay down. What Rico didn’t know was that once he was down he didn’t have the strength to get back up. We fought for 2 days but we lost the fight. Rico had to be humanely euthanized.
